People Person.
When I say that I’m a people person, it means that I like being around them but I also work hard to understand them - customers, clients, and teammates included. And knowing people is important, because designing for complex people problems can get messy. For me, that looks like collecting complimentary experiences, spilling over conventional job titles to get on with what I’m best at - delivering a good experience to the folks who will benefit from it the most.
