The Nike campus is 7 miles across and includes 74 buildings and 5 neighborhoods, shared by more than 15k employees each day. How can we help Nike employees feel confident getting around their own campus? 

This sprint took place at the Nike campus in Beaverton, OR, where I took our design sprint offering “on the road” with one fellow designer and guided the client and other stakeholders through activities for 5 days - facilitating opportunities for them to define perceived pain points, and guiding them through creative activities to make sure we got to a solution that we could test at the end of 5 days.

Thanks for scrolling! My favorite part of this project was the final delivery. A TON of work was executed in a fast-paced 5 days, and we were able to effectively solve employee problems and make a recommendation to the business that actually required LESS effort and budget than was originally thought. It was a huge win-win. And did I mention that we got a tour of the Nike campus?
