How can a digital pet wellness startup differentiate themselves with technology?

NOTE: As the lead strategist on this account, I led a team through the discovery, research, insights, and eventually the design concepts and UX of how Loyal Companion’s loyalty program would come to life in the new app and web platforms. In addition, I delivered emerging technology concepts - an avenue for how Loyal Companion’s parent company, Independent Pet Partners, may work to invest in new technologies that would set them apart in the market.

Thanks for scrolling! My favorite part of this project was developing the final concepts. Being given the creative freedom to use all the technology and resources at your disposal in order to generate fun, future-thinking ideas (for pets!) was an amazing way to cast a vision for this brand and excite this small company about its future.
