Thanks for scrolling! My favorite part of this project was facilitating the in-person Experience Blueprinting workshop. I love having the opportunity to be face to face with people in an interactive environment. All the planning and logistics came together beautifully to have stakeholders from across all departments together in one room (especially post-Covid). Customer service representatives and others in “boots on the ground” roles were absolutely delighted to be invited to corporate for this event, and I believe that it made a small change in their culture’s collaboration DNA for decisions to come.
